A couple weeks ago I felt like I hit the lowest low!
My body felt sluggish, my mind was deep in the murky shadows of doubt, fear and shame, and I did not feel like myself.
It happens to the best of us.
We can all have crap days, take on someone else’s energy or beliefs, or just wake up on the “wrong side of the bed.”
It’ isn’t about if it happens but what you do when you find yourself down in the dumps.
Low vibration emotions tend to feed off of each other and can easily get amplified if you don’t do something proactive to reverse the trend.
Boredom turns into impatience, into doubt and worry, into discouragement and anger.
Jealousy turns into revenge and hatred and all of a sudden you are stuck in insecurity, guilt, unworthiness, depression and feeing utterly powerless.
No one wants to live there and if you are let’s get you moving and grooving towards something a little lighter and brighter!
Here are 10 simple ways you can raise your vibration that will leave you feeling optimistic, enthusiastic, free, appreciated, empowered and happy.
  1. Move your body with dance, yoga, walking, etc.
  2. Listen to, chant or sing your favorite mantra/song
  3. Smile
  4. Use high vibe crystals like Selenite, Epidot, Amphibole Quartz, Amethyst, Blue Kyanite, or Apophyllite
     
      
  5. Make sacred sound with singing bowls, tuning forks, ting shaws, gongs, etc.
  6. Get outside in the sunshine and in nature
  7. Walk barefoot outside (weather permitting)
  8. Breathe deeply for 3 minutes
  9. Meditate
  10. Offer a random act of kindness
Even when you are feeling lethargic, tired, heavy and just plain don’t want to do it–choosing to raise your vibration is always worth it.
I’ll be the first to admit that is easier to say than do, especially when you don’t have an advocate to hold you accountable.
If you are in need of a mentor to not just teach you what to do and give you techniques but to hold you accountable for taking those spirit aligned actions, then we should talk.
Knowledge of what to do has little value unless you take action on that knowledge. 
Taking action requires your divine will.
And you know as well as I do how many distractions the mind is capable of when it doesn’t want to do something.
