Crystal Chakra Array

This brand new Crystal Chakra Array is perfect to help you balance, rejuvenate, heal, and activate your entire chakra system. 

It has been developed with specific crystals to connect you to the Earth, clear each of your seven bodily chakras, and tap you into the inspiration of Heaven. This crystal grouping has much larger crystals than our alternative Chakra Healing Array.

All chakra crystals are polished cabochons with flat backs to make them more stable on your body. They range from 1" to 1 3/4" diameter and are ovals, tear drops and one square shape.

To Use: 

Start by laying down, getting comfortable and centering yourself with a few deep breaths. Be sure to have your spine neutral. You can support your head with a small pillow and the knees with a bolster for extra comfort. 

Ask all the crystals if they will work with you. 

You will now place the crystals from the Earth Star Chakra up the center line of the body to the Soul Star Chakra one at a time.

1. Place the Hypersthene between and just below the feet.
2. Place the Red Jasper on your pubic bone or on the floor near your pelvic floor. 
3. Peach Moonstone on the lower abdomen (~2" below the navel).
4. Bumble Bee Jasper on the solar plexus.
5. Chrysoprase at the center of the breast bone.
6. Blue Opal on the throat (near the hollow between the collar bones).
7. Iolite on the third eye (between the eye brows).
8. Charoite on the floor just above the head.
9. Rainbow Moonstone about six inches above the head.

Breathe deep and rest here for 10-30 minutes or how ever long it takes to feel your energy shift.

When ready to complete this meditation, remove the stones in reverse from the top, one at a time, down to the bottom (soul star to earth chakra). Roll to one side. Pause and breathe. Observe any shifts in your body, energy, mind, heart, presence.
